“My husband and I were first time home buyers and had an amazing experience with John and Melissa, as well as everyone they recommended we work with.  We lost out on 2 offers initially but the third time's a charm, and we got our dream forever home.  John was super patient and communicative throughout the whole process.  There were weeks I sent him multiple homes we wanted to see and he would promptly schedule showings for us.  Other weeks there was nothing of interest, but he still checked in with us.  It took us almost 6 months to find our home but it was a fun and exciting experience.  Once our offer was accepted, John and our loan officer (Sean Aguirre, who was also awesome and recommended by John) took over and got us closed in 18 days with no hassle or drama.  The day we closed, John, Melissa, and Sean met up with us at the house to get keys and celebrate (with champagne!).  We could not have asked for a better experience.  John and Melissa really hustle for their clients and I'm glad we chose to work with a young energetic couple that are obviously passionate about what they do.”
