My wife and I were simultaneously buying and selling, and they guided us   through the process to make it as smooth as possible. They were always there to answer our questions, and always on top of things instead of reacting and trying to put out fires. In our sale, we had an especially hard time with high HOA fees that were turning off buyers, and that caused two buyers to back out. When the first buyer backed out, they had another buyer that same day! Eventually that buyer backed out, but John and Melissa were able to get us a full priced offer within another week.

In our purchase, we made an offer on the house and the seller was making some unreasonable demands. We couldn't agree to them and decided to let the house go. Melissa sensed that we really wanted the house, and on her own accord, reached out to the sellers agent. She was able to reason with them and out of the blue we get an unexpected 10:00pm call from her telling us they had accepted our offer!
